Theresa LaCour is one of our Team Members at PMI Integrity Properties providing top notch bookkeeping services to the Owners of the properties that PMI manages. Working with owners and tenants, Theresa understands the need to pay owner’s bills in a timely manner and to provide to them, good communication of the status of their accounts, year end reports and 1099 reporting. She also understands the need to review invoices for accuracy as the best vendors are identified for top notch service and cost saving measures to ensure that Owner’s get the best return on their rental investment. Theresa will work to help get your accounts in order if needed from your previous management company. Theresa believes that professionalism is always at the forefront of a great company.
Theresa LaCour is also a Realtor with PMI Integrity Properties providing almost 10 years of Real Estate experience, representing Buyers and Sellers. She also represents the Teche Ridge Neighborhood Development which is a Traditional Neighborhood Development designed by Steve Oubre of Architects Southwest who designed Sugar Mill Pond, River Ranch, Couret Farms and so many more. Theresa’s love for interior design makes her a great partner in the building process and she loves helping Sellers sell their homes by providing Free Restaging to make the homes she sells look more attractive to buyers and to get top dollars for Sellers.
Crystal Mashaw is a licensed Realtor with more than 12 years of experience in residential real estate and over 5 years of experience in property management. Since beginning her real estate career in 2014, she has helped buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity.
In addition to helping clients buy and sell real estate, Crystal manages residential investment properties, giving her a unique perspective on both the transactional and operational sides of property ownership. Her experience allows her to provide valuable insight to homeowners, landlords, and investors looking to maximize the value and performance of their real estate assets.
Prior to real estate, Crystal spent more than eight years in sales and marketing with Samsung, where she developed the communication, negotiation, and strategic marketing skills that continue to benefit her clients today.
Known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail, Crystal has built her business largely through referrals and repeat clients. She is committed to providing exceptional service, honest guidance, and a seamless experience while helping her clients make informed real estate decisions.
Staci was born in New Orleans and grew up in Destrehan. Staci moved to the Northshore in 2010. She attended the University of New Orleans where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Paralegal Studies.
Following graduation, she was a Paralegal at Christovich and Kearney, LLP in New Orleans for eight and a half years. In 2014, Staci obtained her real estate license. Her passion is helping people fulfill their real estate needs and dreams whether buying or selling. To quote Staci, "It's not just a job, it's personal!"
Staci and her husband Matt live in Folsom with their son Jake, who attends Hannan High and daughter Katie, who attends St. Peters. They love spending time with family and friends.
Annette Jackson joined the PMI Integrity Properties, Property Management Team, in February 2025. Annette is a true team player, working above and beyond in achieving the goals and objectives of the Property Management Team. Annette understands the importance of good communication with Owners, Tenants and Vendors. Annette’s attention to detail is excellent and her ability to organize, implement and coordinate projects for Owners is outstanding. Owners and Tenants can always count on her friendly and professional communication. Working with Vendors, Annette works to find the best vendors for the best price ensuring that Owners’s repair costs are minimized while coordinating time with Tenant’s schedules. Annette’s background is varied with Bookkeeping, Account Management and an overall hardworking approach regardless of the time it takes. PMI Integrity Properties believes that Annette truly fits the PMI Integrity Properties Hard Working, Professional Team Spirit.
Originally from Idaho, Michael has been proud to call Lafayette home since 2008. After his first career as an English teacher, Michael started working with investment properties in 2011, first as a Realtor and later as a handyman. With experience in sales, property management and leasing, and home repairs and renovations, he has a multifaceted expertise in real estate. Michael’s hobbies include poetry, chess, gardening, automotive work, and especially camping, fishing, and traveling with his wife, Ixel, and their two children, Xochi and Lennox.
Erin is originally from Baldwin, LA, and graduated high school in 1998 from Hanson Memorial. She attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette and received her undergraduate degree in General Studies in 2002. After marrying her husband, Jeremy, Erin decided to be a stay at home mother to her two kids, Bella and Liam. During that time, she worked part-time in the bookkeeping field where she gained experience and knowledge to further her career. She joined PMI Integrity Properties in July 2024 and has been committed to giving the highest quality of service to the company and our clients.
